Why are there no instructions for safely opening the package?
I feel like I have to *** at it with a knife. Feeling more like beating it with a hammer.
I may do more damage to the product with a hammer, but at least I wouldn't have to worry about the knife slipping and cutting myself.
Frankly I am afraid to open it, so I went to the web for help and there's 5 min videos, none helpful.
I'll never buy this dangerous product again, never give them to old people.

Disappointed
I have been buying your chocolates for a long time. I'm 77 years old and originally from Europe.
My latest batch is appreciably smaller in size, than the previous bunches, over the years.
So, basically you are ripping-off the Customer. You thought we wouldn't notice.
Shame on you. You probably want those bonuses.
Another condo, for another girlfriend.

I found some worm/parasite looking thinks in my chocolate egg
I found some strange looking worms/parasites in my hazelnut chocolate eggs from Easter. I've been eating these over the past few months and I think I may have a parasite.

Found an Insect in Ferrero Rocher
Hi,
My name is Shanker, we live in Buffalo NY.
I found an insect in the Ferrero Rocher chocolate that we purchased. My daughter has been eating it for a while and when we opened one of them we found a live white insect last night.
I have taken picture of these and i can sent it to you. I am planning to file a consumer complaint about this but as per the legal advise i am first trying to reach out to you on this.

I am disgusted that every time I buy Nutella on the go - it’s supposed to be a product that you can use on the go. You have gone cheap cutting out the spoons to eat it on the go.
Nutella on the go is supposed to be a product you buy for grand children etc to have as a snack. You no longer include spoons so you can eat it on the go but no. The last 6 packets Ive bought had no spoons- disgusted with this fact.

Disappointed in product
Bag had 90% butterfinger and baby Ruth. Only three 100 Grand and 5 crunch bars. This is not variety pack.

EA games has no way to contact them when you have problems with their games
i got EA games to help me with my sims 3 but now there is no way to contact ea games when we have trouble with getting our sims 3 games that we paid for to work they will not even respond to u on their facebook page i paid for all the games i have and am not able to download them due them locking me out of my original account while i was in process of getting a new laptop to play them on this is unaccepitible we should have away to contact them

Bought a $6.00 Ferraro-Rocher holiday ornament and it was just a chocolate shell!!!
I bought a $6.00 Ferrero-Rocher holiday ornament from Dollar General and it was a chocolate shell. No creamy hazelnut chocolate or the actual hazelnut on the inside.
Just a chocolate shell. I am pissed!
Not worth even half the money. And Im about to put it on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and the B.B.B.

If you read the tag (which can be seen in the video) it says the chocolate is hollow. There's nothing inside of it intentionally. Please read the tag before buying.

Worms found in Ferrero Rocher Chocolates
We bought a box of ferrero rocher chocolates from D-Mart, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (near khwera circle, eden woods branch).
The amount of trust i had in this chocolates is incomparable as these is my the most favorite one and due to my blind trust i had 3 chocolates from the box without even checking its contents.
Later, when i was feeding it to my nephew i discovered a worm that was inside the golden wrap. I have attached an image of the worm that i found.
I thought this will be one of it, but all chocolates had the same thing.
I have also attached the video and bill receipt copy of my purchase.
I wish i could have that courage to expose this but i don't wish to as i still have faith in this brand to give me a fair reply.

The box of chocolates was contaminated with what appears to be fungus.
I recently purchased a box of your delicious Ferrero Rocher chocolates from [ kalyan hyper market, Thrissur ], and I must say, I have always been a loyal fan of your brand. However, I regret to inform you that upon opening the box, I discovered that the box of chocolates was contaminated with what appears to be fungus.
I understand that manufacturing defects can occasionally occur, but I was disappointed to find such a discrepancy in one of your products.
As a loyal customer, I have always held your brand in high regard for its quality and attention to detail. Therefore, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be rectified.
I have attached a video of the affected chocolate for your reference. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
Additionally, I would appreciate any steps you can take to compensate for this unfortunate experience, whether it be a replacement box of chocolates or a refund.

Very disappointed I. Product
I purchased a 37.2 ounce bag of 60 pieces of assorted candy for an upcoming Easter egg hunt. Very disappointed as only three 100 grand bars and 5 crunch bars were in the whole bag.
The rest were all butterfinger and baby Ruth. This is not what I consider an assortment.

Ferrero Rochers were introduced in 1982. The chocolates consist of a whole roasted hazelnut encased in a thin wafer shell filled with hazelnut cream including vegetable oil and covered in milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Candies contain 73 calories, and are individually packaged inside a gold-coloured wrapper. Rocher comes from French and means "rock".

Stop choosing to poison your daughter with nonsense sugar filled crap. The insect is healthier to eat BTW !!!
The insect looks like a bluebottle maggot. The larvae don’t hatch out right away as they are produced from eggs laid by the bluebottle fly.
The chocolates must have been badly wrapped and this is how the fly got into the chocolates. The eggs hatch in a warm and food environment, but I have never seen or heard of this happening before.
I think the company should look at their production environments and their staff cleanliness. Before they have fingers pointing at them.
